Please note that due to the national pandemic, hygienic reasons and personal care items, all items purchased from Kimtique Eyewear are UNEXCHANGABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE until further notice.  In order to have the best Kimtique Eyewear experience at checkout, please confirm for the correct item, color, and payment information to prevent errors as Kimtique Eyewear is not responsible for selections and/or incorrect information made by purchaser.

DISCLAIMER: Kimtique Eyewear is NOT a try before you buy company. We strongly discourage purchasing frames for this purpose. We are an online eyewear boutique.

 

Damages or Concerns

All frames purchased from Kimtique Eyewear are inspected before shipping with the upmost care.   Although we know that things can happen during transit, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the mishap and make it right within three days of receiving your package at info@kimtique.com
